Letting Customers Book a Ride by Speaking Their Dialect

A ride-hailing platform found that a large share of users couldn't interact with a text-based app - the local language is spoken, not written, and nothing on the market supported it. The feature had to be built from scratch, specifically for the local dialect. It understands natural speech and converts it into a structured booking, fast enough on a phone to feel like a normal conversation. The first working voice booking solution for this dialect, deployed and live in production.
